Cancellation Policy

Summer 2021

The guest does not have to pay a deposit. From one week before the day of arrival, or in case of a non-arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total arrangement price.

Winter 2021

The guest pays a deposit of 30% after a binding booking. No cancellation fee will be charged 61 days before arrival.
A cancellation fee of 30% will be charged 60 days to 7 days before arrival. 7 days before arrival or in case of a non-arrival, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in our house - but you can enjoy your cigarette on the balcony.
