Children and Extra Beds

Children are welcome. Please contact us regarding extra beds. Our house is not suitable for toddlers.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our house.

Payment

We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept payments via bank transfer before the start of your holiday.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The guest pays a 30% deposit upon booking confirmation.

• No cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled 61 days or less before arrival.
• A cancellation fee of 30% will be charged if cancelled between 60 and 7 days before arrival.
• A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged if cancelled 7 days or less before arrival, or in case of a no-show.

PREPAYMENTS

The guest pays a prepayment of 30% of the total price after booking.

SMOKING / NON-SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the house; however, you are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or terrace.
